Compliance - the basis of our activity
Compliance means adhering to rules. Compliance with regulations, such as laws and internal guidelines, is one of Toll Collect's fundamental principles of good corporate governance. As a public sector company, we are particularly reliant on the trust of our customers, business partners and employees. Consequently, Toll Collect follows clear management and compliance rules based on our five corporate values: Responsibility, Working Together, Transparency, Enjoyment and Appreciation.
Our Compliance Management System
Toll Collect has a Compliance Management System (CMS) to ensure that all regulations are adhered to.
We focus on preventative measures, such as raising awareness among managers and employees on various legal issues, evaluating potential compliance risks, providing information and advising on compliance.
The Compliance Team sees itself as a central contact and advice centre for employees and external parties, such as business partners, and acts independently of other functions within the company.
Information and complaints
You can report information and complaints about possible compliance-relevant misconduct to the Compliance Team.
You can also contact our ombudsman confidentially. Your identity will remain anonymous and will not be passed on to Toll Collect GmbH.
We have summarised information on how information and complaints are processed within our data protection information . They can also be reported to the external reporting centre of the competent federal, state or European Union authorities.
