Integrated sustainability management
Toll Collect operates an integrated management system.
High standards in the areas of quality, environmental protection, information security and risk management are a matter of course for us. For this reason, Toll Collect regularly has compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001/EMAS, ISO 27001 and ISO 31000 standards audited by an independent body.
Sustainability is taken into account in all processes.
Toll Collect publishes an annual environmental statement, which is reviewed by an independent, state-approved environmental auditor. In 2021, we prepared our first sustainability report with an integrated environmental statement. We have been complying with the requirements of the German Sustainability Code (DNK) since 2022.

EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) is a voluntary European environmental management system for the continuous improvement of companies' environmental performance. The prerequisite for EMAS participation is the regular publication of an environmental statement and the audit of the environmental management system by an independent auditor.
EMAS also covers the ISO 14001 standard.

The Sustainability Code is a sustainability reporting tool that supports the implementation of the sustainability strategy. The participating companies regularly provide information on 20 non-financial criteria, thereby documenting the company's sustainable development. The topics cover various areas of sustainability such as the environment, efficiency and human rights.
