Credit cards

For settlement with a credit card, you must first enter into a contract with a credit card issuer. Then the toll is deducted via your credit card contract.

Toll Collect has different agreements with different card issuers. Therefore please be aware of which prerequisites have to be fulfilled for the payment method concerned. For further information, please contact your card provider.

For registered customers

Simply select the payment method in the customer portal.

If you do not have access to the customer portal, then please contact our customer service department.

For non-registered customers

The settlement by credit account payment method is automatically set up upon registration. You can change the payment method later in the customer portal.
